By subscribing to our website package, you acknowledge and agree that this service is provided on the basis of a minimum 12-month contractual agreement once your domain name has been registered by us.

The subscription includes the design and development of your website, hosting on our servers, registration of your chosen domain name, and the provision of one professional email account ( if applicable). From the point at which we register the domain on your behalf, you are contractually obliged to maintain the subscription for at least 12 months, as the domain and hosting services are secured in advance for your benefit.

Payment of the monthly subscription is due in advance each month. If payments are not received on time, services may be suspended until the account is brought up to date. In accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, overdue amounts may incur statutory interest and reasonable recovery costs. Where accounts remain unpaid, we may instruct external collection services, and such action can impact your credit record in the United Kingdom.

Your subscription will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis after the initial 12-month period unless you provide 30 days’ written notice of cancellation. Early cancellation during the minimum term is not permitted, as the costs of domain registration, hosting, and development are committed upfront and non-refundable.

All services are delivered in accordance with UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
